Depending on the chosen design and colour combination:
Structural parts and base may use thicker acrylic (5–10 mm) for stability
Decorative layers and mirror finishes are produced in 3 mm acrylic
Mirror acrylic elements are always manufactured in 3 mm thickness
Exact material thickness and construction details are confirmed with the customer during order preparation, ensuring the best visual result and durability.

The design shown uses an elegant serif style, similar to Playfair Display / classic engraved serif fonts, which works well for awards and engraved text.

Main shapes and decorative patterns are precision laser-cut or CNC-cut
Text and logos are engraved for a clean, permanent finish
Designed and manufactured in Ireland using professional signage equipment
