This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Ideal LED.

1. Shipping Locations

Ireland & Northern Ireland

  • FREE shipping on all orders within Ireland and Northern Ireland

Europe (Mainland Only)

Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight:

  • Up to 1 kg: €21 – €26

  • 1 kg to 10 kg: €26 – €31

  • 10 kg to 20 kg: €36 – €40

⚠️ These rates apply to mainland Europe only.
Islands and remote areas: please contact us before ordering for a custom shipping quote.

2. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using reliable, tracked courier services:

  • DPD

  • An Post

The courier used will depend on destination, package size, and service availability.

3. Order Processing Time

Most of our products are custom-made or made to order.

  • Processing time: 1–5 business days

  • This does not include shipping/transit time

Orders are prepared during normal business operations.

4. Dispatch & Business Days

  • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday only

  • We do not ship on:

    • Weekends

    • Irish bank holidays

    • Company closure days

Orders placed outside business days will be processed on the next working day.

5. Delivery & Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier:

  • Delivery times are outside of our control

  • Any delays caused by the courier, weather, customs, or other external factors are not our responsibility

  • Tracking details will be provided where available

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Outside EU)

For deliveries outside the European Union:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility

  • We are not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs authorities

  • Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges will not be refunded

7. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • This includes returns, refused deliveries, or failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unpaid customs fees

8. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Additional costs incurred due to re-delivery or re-routing
