These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Ideal LED (“we”, “us”, “our”) via idealled.shop.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Most of our products are custom-made or made to order based on customer specifications.

Once an order enters the process of creation, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except as outlined below.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it

• A full refund will be issued if the order has not yet entered production

Cancellation After 24 Hours

• Cancellation requests made after 24 hours are subject to a 30% restocking / administration fee, calculated from the total order value

• This applies even if the item has not yet been shipped

• Orders that have entered production or have been shipped are non-refundable

3. No Refunds Once in Production or Shipped

We do not issue refunds once:

• The order is in the process of creation, or

• The order has been shipped

This is due to the custom nature of our products and materials used specifically for each order.

4. EU Right of Withdrawal (Custom Products)

In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made goods

• Personalised products

• Goods made to customer specifications

5. Change of Delivery Address

Requests to change the delivery address:

• Must be made before the order is shipped

• Must be submitted directly to us via our Contact Us page or email

• We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates only

• Once an order is handed to the courier, delivery is outside of our control

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

• Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by couriers or customs

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Customer errors in artwork, text, or specifications approved before production

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
